Reservation Policy:

Please note that guests should carry their valid Identity Proof (Driving License/ Passport/Election Card/Covering letter) at the time of Check-in. PAN Card not accepted. If anybody fails to produce then hotel will deny to check in and no refund shall given.

1. Our Check in time 12 noon & check out time is 11 a.m.
2. Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability of rooms and charged accordingly.
3. Govt approved identity proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of check-in.
4. Booking should be confirmed with a letter, fax or email.

1. It is mandatory for guests to present original valid photo id at the time of check-in.
2. The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-5 years.
3. The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
4. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Check-in time and Check-out time is 12 PM.
5. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, all outlets, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of service.
6. No outside food and liquor allowed in hotel premises.
7. No meetings in room.
8. Lady visitor 's are not allowed in Room.
9. Pets not allowed.
10. Without voucher, booking can be denied.
11. All the occupant has to produce their identity at the time of check in for police verification.
12. Two males and one female cannot stay in one room or vice versa.
13. No call to be entertain against Hotel Policy.

Update Refund & Cancellation on website

1. 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after checkin date or on No show.
2. 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 1 day(s) before checkin date and before on checkin date.
3. Free Cancellation if cancelled in between booking date and 1 day(s) before checkin date.
